NANCY TUANA, Ph.D., is a professor of Philosophy and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Pennsylvania State University. She is a leading scholar in feminist philosophy and feminist science studies, and the founding director of the Penn State Rock Ethics Institute. She is known for her work on feminist philosophy, race, and climate justice.  She has written widely on the subject of woman in philosophy.
